Your initial $500 deposit is non-refundable.

Retreat Cancellations

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

 

We understand that no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things happen. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Travel and Cancellation Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers:

• All relevant sport activities you will be participating in during the retreat.

• Trip cancellations or interruptions.

• COVID-19-related coverage.

Travel insurance must be purchased within 14–21 days of making your reservation (policies vary). You can visit www.insuremytrip.com to compare rates and plans.

Cancellation Policy

Fees are determined by the following schedule:

• If canceled outside of 75 days (by September 16, 2025): Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

• If canceled with 60 days’ notice (by October 1, 2025): 50% refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date (after October 1, 2025): No refunds will be issued.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.

 

If you decide to cancel for personal reasons, you may transfer your payments made as a gift to another guest if you choose to do so.

Black Lotus Training Center, LLC Cancellation Policy

While we have never canceled a retreat to date, if we must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat or request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

 

Black Lotus Training Center, LLC is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for a canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
