We are Jose and Nina Fernandez, a dynamic husband-wife duo and the passionate owners of Black Lotus Muay Thai Gym in sunny South Florida. :)

Our Journey:

For the past five years, we've been hosting transformative retreats in the heart of Costa Rica. Our journey began with a shared dream of creating a sanctuary where individuals from all walks of life could come together to train, grow, and connect amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Costa Rica. With Jose's native Costa Rican heritage and Nina's passion to helping others through health and wellness, we've crafted an experience that transcends traditional retreats, bringing a family-like and holistic approach to well-being that nourishes the body, mind, and soul. #PuraVida

Additionally, we offer services and support to those interested in hosting their own retreats by leveraging the connections and resources we've established over the years.
